I have only been able to record 12 days of October and have forgotten/lost my records for the next few days. As you can see from the slideshow on the left, I have been strictly watching what I've been eating and have noticed that I am not the best in figuring out what I should be eating that is right. Most of the times, if I am near my calorie limit intake for the day, I will most likely skip a meal which I am very aware of the dangers of skipping meals. Throughout these 12 days, I've dropped 2 pounds quickly. I've also been trying my best to keep in track with the daily workouts our teammates have listed each day, but I also recall that most days I would be exhausted too fast that I'd just give up and call it a day. Most days as well, since we would have a requirement to jog at least 10-15 mins a day, I've been able to complete that specific tasks on night-time jogs after work.
One of the main reasons to why the team and i have not completed this 30 day challenge was because of the Super Typhoon Yutu that hit the Northern Marianas Islands on October. This disaster caused further school activities to be pushed back. It took a total of 3 months for recovery. Along those 3 months, I have frankly lost ALL of my progress and motivation.
