𝓒𝓸𝓸𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓘𝓷𝓼𝓽𝓻𝓾𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼: I gathered firewood and breadfruit from a breadfruit tree at the back of my house. I placed the firewood on a grill and laid it to make a base to hold the breadfruit. I placed the breadfruit unto the lit fire and waited until it turned Charcoal Black. I switched it around for both side to be cooked and severed it hot and ready. On the dish at the end of the presentation I had some breadfruit, local fish, white rice, and some crab salad that I made. 𝓦𝓱𝔂 𝓑𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓯𝓻𝓾𝓲𝓽? When I think of the best local dish to have at a party, I think of breadfruit. This is one of the most simple and delicious things that I can't get enough of. Breadfruit in my culture is called Maay, in Refaluwash, or Lemmai, in Chamorro. This has always been a main dish in my Refaluwash culture while growing up and I am happy to share this recipe with all of you! |

My 30 Day Challenge Plan is to make time and put in effort to meditate. I have made several alarms throughout my 30 day challenge to help remind me to meditate. On top of that I have an app to help guide me throughout this 30 day challenge. I have notice throughout every meditation I felt more relaxed and at peace. The most important thing that I needed while going through this challenge was my earphones and time. I found time with-in every 24 hours and after I had a meditation session I found out that my beats per minute decreased and became regular. After I had a meditation session I would reflect on the goals of the day and what I hope to accomplish. I would constantly remind myself why I do what I'm doing and having this reminder help improve my mental and emotional state so much. The mood calendar shows my moods before my meditation and almost every time I completed the meditation session I would have a boast of happiness.
