- push ups(50)
- drills(off the dribble shots)
- pull ups(as much as i can)
- drills(3 point shooting)
- sit ups(50)
- SECOND ATTEMPT
- check whats wrong with form again.
- same as the top^
- rinse and repeat till able to shoot 10 free throws in a row.
