The Good girl written by Mary Kubica is a story about an abduction where nothing is exactly it seems. The thriller starts off with a character named Mia a stubborn rich girl who was always known for live an opulence life due to her dad being a judge and a former lawyer. Mia was known for being surreptitious towards her family, she was a rebel and always going against what her father wanted. Growing up for Mia wasn't easy, with her dad being a judge, many expectations and a lot of pressure was put on her shoulders especially, when she's always being compared to her sister. Ever since her father became a judge her whole life viewed by the public, Mia needed to have a good image. Outside of Mia's home, everything was perfect but the dark truth was that Mia's family was receiving blackmail and death threats. Hence, this criminal actions leading to the main characters kidnapping. Mary Kubika's inspiration was to write an atypical kidnapping plot filled with twists that had characters to be different from beginning to the end. The author wanted to write a book that kept the readers hooked on the story and voraciously turning pages after pages.
This Character Plot first starts starts off with the other characters point of view on how they view Mia. Mia's Dad, Sister and Mother first describes her as rebel but as you dig further in the book, the readers point of view will change and realize that Mia is actually a sweet girl, who had a rough childhood.

Kubica at the age of 11, always dreamt of being writer . To her, writing always more of a hobby and less of a career. Mary isn't only a writer but a High School History teacher and mother too after Mary gave birth to her baby and she had the time off to raise her, she was also able to focus on becoming a professional writer.
