My plan is to complete the Batman 30 day challenge. This challenge is a pre-planned 30 day workout that has been circling the web for quite sometime and I have now taken it upon myself to complete it. I plan to follow the scheduled exercises listed in the image below at my chosen time of the day.
When do I start?
I will be starting my first day of the challenge on July 5, 2015 to August 3, 2015.
