INITIAL STRENGTH TEST

This initial strength test was very exhausting for me because I haven't move this much in a long time. Based on my results, I'll say that I am definitely out of shape. :(
THE WORK:
My first few days was life changing! I was on a roll! I know I was doing great and I was feeling better about my mobility as days passed. Until I hit a bump; I think that was a pretty deep one. It sent me tumbling down that it got harder for me to get back up and continue my “GOAL”.
THE TRIAL
Towards the end of the month of October, a super typhoon made it’s name known.
THE NAME TO BLAME
I was one of the few fortunate families that was spared by this disaster. Though it affected my drive to get things done, the daily challenge is to overcome and persevere for the next day. No excuses but to try harder the next time and just be a better person than you were yesterday.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
30 days done. I gained post-typhoon weight - - i think that's a thing - - but my spirit is still as high as it was when this course started.
