About MeHello, my name is Gavin Pangelinan, I am currently a freshman here at the Northern Marianas College. My hobbies include football, rugby, fishing, and gaming. I play for the CNMI Men's football team the Sharks. Favorite food is ramen(not bowl n noodle or something, like real ramen). I am currently 17 years old and pursuing a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. You can tell a lot about a person by what music they listen to so here is one of my favorite covers by DSS.

My Goal
My goal for this course is somewhat vague, I am in Liberal Arts because I am not quite sure what I want to pursue yet. Most students straight out of high school don't know what they want to do with their lives. I am a very open-minded person and I want to find a passion for something that I am great at. I want to find out what I love and quick, and I believe this course will help me do so this semester. This will be the first of the steps that lead to me graduating on time, or with lots of work, quicker.
My 30 Day Challenge
My challenge was to improve my health by adopting a very fit lifestyle. I would focus on improving stamina and strength, as well as cardiovascular endurance. I would start after I had done a basic physical test to gauge where I am at from an athletic standpoint.

Day 23(Right)- Football Practice, the ball hit my phone.
Reflection
I learned a lot on my 30 day challenge although Typhoon Yutu destroyed most of my info I was able to work with what I had. I feel since high school ended I have been gaining a lot of weight. In all honesty it really hits my confidence to admit that I've lost track of my fitness journey. I just kind of fell off the horse, and I didn't know how to get back up. But with this 30 day challenge I felt better, not even close to my old weight and athleticism but I want to work up to getting back to where I was and becoming even better. Take things one day at a time, if there's one lesson I feel that I focused on the most is that if you keep saying " I will do it later", or "I will start dieting tomorrow ", you will never get to it. Start today, don't be too hard on yourself results don't come instantaneous .
