Protagonist: Harry Potter Plot: The famous Harry Potter has been living too long with his Aunt and Uncle and was deceived as a Muggle. However, he discovers he is a wizard and attends Hogwarts. Harry discovers more about himself as a wizard and especially his family. He faces many obstacles in his journey and makes wonderful friends along the way. Purpose: To demonstrate that bravery and courage is in everyone, they just have to be willing to prove themselves worthy.
J.K. Rowling Biography: Born in Yate, England, on July 31, 1965, J.K. Rowling came from humble economic means before writing Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, a children's fantasy novel. The work was an international hit and Rowling wrote six more books in the series, which sold into the hundreds of millions and was adapted into a blockbuster film franchise. In 2012, Rowling released the non-Potter novel The Casual Vacancy.
