Jefferzon Sagum
Hi! My name is Jefferzon Sagum, a freshman at Northern Marianas College currently majoring in Liberal Arts.
30 Days Challenge
Originally, my first 30 days challenge was to dunk a basketball. However, due to super typhoon Yutu gyms closed down, courts were wet and destroyed, and I focused primarily on the other things in life which mattered most to me. During the typhoon, I left behind my plans and fell off course which resulted in my abilities to jump to decrease. Months after Yutu, we were still given the task to complete our 30 days challenge. I decided to stick with my original goal and see whatever the results are.
Workouts
My workouts consisted of squats, box jumps, plyometrics, and mostly practicing to dunk the ball.
