Ingredients: Spinach..............................................................................2 cups Tomato........................................................................................1 Egg Whites........................................................................2 cups Pepper..............................................................................1/2 Tsp Salt to taste. Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Lightly grease muffin tin. 3.Equally divide the spinach across 6 cups. 4. Dice the tomato. 5. Fill cups with the tomato and egg whites. 6.
