Evaluation of Introduction Speech
Making my introduction speech was pretty stressful, it took me lots of recordings to finally be satisfied. I was definitely nervous and not comfortable filming myself speaking. Despite that, it was a new experience and I was able to know how it feels like. Some of the struggles that I faced were forgetting what to say next, constantly pausing, and not making enough eye contact. I expect to overcome this and be more better at filming myself speaking. I expect to progress in my speech as the semester continues.

Favorite Speech
My favorite speech throughout this semester would be my demonstration speech. This is my favorite speech because I enjoyed doing this speech the most. I enjoyed demonstrating something that I was most passionate about and wanted others to learn about it. During most speeches, I would be more awkward with my posture and hand gestures. However, during my demonstration speech, I didn't feel so awkward because I was using my hands to demonstrate my topic. This is also my favorite speech of the course because I was able to see my peers' demonstrations of their choice as well! It was the most interesting and fun speech.

What goals did I achieve and improved on? Which will I continue to work on and how?
Although speeches in general is still not my strongest suit, I believe that I have shown a slight improvement on my tone. I know that I could do better but I have come to feel more comfortable in doing so. This will still be something I will continue to work on. Other factors that I will continue to work on would be my posture, memorizing my scripts, and eye contact. I fail to keep a good and appropriate posture at times, therefor perhaps practicing at home would be useful. Although being able to remember what to say is important, memorizing my scripts is still a challenge for me. I believe more practice and continuously reciting my scripts would help me to improve.
