Banana Cue
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Peel the cooking bananas and cut them in half
2. Heat up oil over medium-low heat
3. Fry the bananas in the oil with brown sugar until they turn golden brown
4. Dry on top of paper towels, then serve on skewers

30 Day Challenge Presentation
My initial goal was to improve my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills through the BJJ Classes every Tuesdays and Thursdays. I said that I was going to include the BJJ "grading" of how well I did but I wasn't able to meet with any higher belts. Due to the COVID 19 issues, I have decided to just replace BJJ classes with at home squat work outs. Though I am not much of a person who does work outs, it was kinda fun to do. My ending goal was to be able to do 100 squats by the end of March, which I achieved. As I reflected, I noted in the video that I will continue to do my squats and improve my shape. I wasn't able to do 20 squats in the first week without being tired, but now I am able to do 100 in a day without my legs giving up on me.
