Instructions: 1) Scale and clean out the fish intestines. 2) Cut all the fishes into pieces(not too small) and place them into a pot. 3) Add seasonings(optional depending which kind you prefer) which include onion, garlic, black pepper, green onion and a pinch of salt. 4) Add 1 cup of water and bring the fish to a simmer. 5) Once you notice that your fish is cooking, you can go ahead and add 1 cup of coconut milk. 6) Lastly, taste the soup and see if it taste well. If there is no taste, you can begin to add salt little by little.
