30 Day Challenge
AboutFor my 30 days challenge, I will wake up early, drink the recommended amount of water required per day, and exercise daily to build up my endurance. I chose this 30 day challenge because I want to feel confident in my body and try to be able to adopt this routine to my daily life even after I am done with my 30 day challenge.

How to Complete my Daily Routine
- To guarantee that I will drink the required amount of water everyday, I will also set up my alarm clock. I will drink a full glass of water every time my alarm goes off with a total of 6 alarms which equals to 6 glasses of water.
- In order for me to wake up early, I would have to at least set up an alarm clock early in the morning. In this case, I set up my alarm clock at 7:00 AM. In order for me to fully wake up, I set my phone somewhere far away before I sleep so the alarm can annoy me to the point where I have to get out of my bed and turn it off.
- Now the hard part of this challenge is running. In order for me to force myself to run is to have someone to be my running partner, who is already running on a daily to help motivate and push me to complete this challenge.
During the Challenge
Trying to ease into the challenge was the most difficult part of the challenge. Being able to wake up early and being able to do things in a specific time, I started to slack of most of the time. When a week went by, I was able to get on track. I started drinking water in the specific time more efficiently and I was able to jog/run twice a week. My only problem during the week was to wake up early, I sleep late at night and decided to advance my workout in order to tire myself and sleep early.
Results
The result of my challenge, made me feel more lighter and I tend to be in a good mood almost every day I wake up. I started to do the workout out almost daily and started to have not trouble whatsoever. I lost 4 lbs. and I tend to eat and drink more and more food and water. I'm able to run for 25 minutes before I gas out, before I was only able to run 10 minutes. My water intake has improved since I started running and working out daily, and since I work out at night to sleep early, I notice that I started waking up early and energetic. Overall, this challenge has made me become more active and even more happier.
