Nathan Camacho-My Blog
Reflections: I knew how to record the video and how to edit it, but the only problem that i had was posting the video. Although it took time, i truly enjoyed doing this creation and i look forward to working on more projects like this.
Goals: My goal for this class is to help me improve on my speaking skills to make me a more confident person when it comes to meetings or any other events. I believe that this class will mold me to become the speaker that i truly want to be.

Little about me video
Favorite speechThe impromptu speech is the best speech to do because of how quick you must generate ideas and brief them about. i enjoyed doing this as well because most of the speeches were mostly about problems we would face in reality.
Speech about Texas With the recent Houston flood, help from around the world was offered to support the city of Houston. All the natural disasters that has came and left had left peoples lives with nothing but an empty heart. Foundations, parks, buildings, and much more was all destroyed due to the flood of Houston. Schools and work environments were not considered functional. I had spoken to one of my great friends in Houston, Texas. He said," Me and my family are all safe and doing better, it is just the other folks that live on low ground that might have struggled the most." Due to Houston's place of innovation, the ground is not able to absorb so much water in the rainy days, which causes the areas to flood. Texas flood system may overflow due to the amount of water it overtakes, which is exactly what had happened. Monster trucks, jet ski's, and boats were savers during the tragic natural disaster. Houston has been in the stage of being stable again and the amount of studies and science, Houston will be strong again. |
