30 Day Challenge
I am going to lose 5 to 10 lb by end of the month. How am I going to do it. I maintain my healthy balance diet and do some exercise. Exercise involves push up, weight lifting and an hour walking or running everyday . I want to lose few pounds because I feel I am over weight and I want be physically fit.
