Ingredients -
1 tbsp. Cooking oil 1 Chopped onion 2 Garlic cloves 1 tbsp fish sauce 3 lbs Chicken legs and thighs 1 Chayote Squash Water Spinach (KangKong) Chicken broth Steps - Heat oil in a pot; Cook, and stir onion and garlic and fish sauce. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and cook another 5 minutes. Add the chayote to the mixture and simmer until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Eat well :) |
