My Favorite Speech
Demonstration speech about the steps and procedure on how to cook "turon"
My favorite speech would be my demonstration speech, about the national meryenda of the Philippines, which was called turon. it was my favorite, because I was able to show my skills and knowledge on cooking. Also, because I was able to represent and share my cultural food that I grew up eating, with my classmate. Turon is actually one of my most favorite dessert, because it has this extra ordinary sweetness flavor and crunchy texture that anyone who tries it will surely love it.

How I Achieve My Goal
My goal, for this class was be able to gain knowledge, skills, and most importantly confidence. Throughout the many challenges that I had face in this class, I have learned important ideas and techniques that change and improve my ability little by little. I have notice the deference between the beginning of this class from the very end. I have improve a lot than before. I was able to easily collect and used information to build up a speech, such as impromptu speech. Also, I have gained a little bit of confidence in presenting in front of my peers. I've noticed that when I'm talking I felt like I could freely move my body to process a much better presentation rather than just standing still. I also noticed that theirs less stuttering on my words while speaking, and my eyes was directly looking at my audience. I truly thank this class for the many important lessons and experience that it provided me. I could truly say that with the knowledge, skills, and confidence that I have achieve throughout my days in this class, I know that I could use this in the future.
