Baked Sushi Casserole Chamorro RecipeIngredients:
- 12 oz. Imitation crab meat - 1 cup of mayonnaise - 1 cup of sour cream - 1/4 cup of furikake - 2 cups of rice - Optional: Salad shrimp, Real lump crab meat, Capelin roe, and Seasoned seaweed wrappers. Instructions: 1) Cook the rice. 2) Chop up imitation crab meat into little pieces. 3) Gather mayonnaise, sour cream, furikake, and chopped imitation crab into a bowl and mix. Optional: Mix in salad shrimp and/or real lump crab meat. 4) Spread the cooked rice evenly in a 9 x 13 baking pan. 5) Spread the mixture on top of the cooked rice evenly. 6) Optional: Sprinkle more furikake on top. 7) Bake the sushi casserole for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven. 8) Optional: When finished, sprinkle capelin roe on top. 9) Serve alone or seasoned seaweed wrappers.
