Maria Angelita Amog Introduction Speech
Self Evaluation
My evaluation of my video is that I notice that while during my speech I was looking straight at the camera although with the new technology you will need to look at your screen in order for your video to be properly recording yourself. Another con that I notice is I had background sounds. I also noticed that my pronunciation of some words is not great which I need to improve on. Lastly, I notice that my tone of voice needs to be more enthusiastic in order to catch my audience’s attention. |

Favorite Speech
During this speech class, my favorite speech that I have conduct was my monologue speech, which was a monologue title Tearing me apart by D.M. Larson. This monologue speech made me feel what the sermon was about, which is depression. It made me express myself, which I have a problem doing in the real world. The monologue states that you may see an individual smiling but something extremely troubling them. I also thought it was my favorite speech because it challenged me. My reason is that it never came to my mind that I wanted to act out anything since I was younger. But It had to be done. It not perfect, but with a mindset that pursues to finish up this speech. I have finished it.

Speech Class Goals
Speech Class Goals
My goals for this class were to improve my oral communication pronunciation and try my best to enhance my nervousness and stage fright. I may not fulfill all my dreams for this class, but I have improved my knowledge of how to outline my speeches, which helped me improve my nervousness. It allows me to deliver my speeches much easier because I know what I am trying to inform or persuade the audience. Although we still have fear, like everyone, if we keep practicing our speech with several people, we will get rid of our anxiety of making a speech. "Practice makes perfect," which I believe. Although I need to improve in oral communication pronouncing the different sounds of letters, I find it difficult for me to write the letter L, R, W. But eventually, I will try my best to improve my oral pronunciation shortly. I enjoy that class and will use my knowledge to reflect in my other courses while doing a speech, which many NMC classes require for projects or final exams.
